Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Channel Specialist: HORECA (Recreational) to join the Midrand team. The role reports to the Country Lead and requires strong leadership in brand marketing execution, joint business planning and promotional management, with a focus on regional alignment and performance.

You will collaborate with HORECA teams, support new product launches, optimise local campaigns and build enduring relationships with senior accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• 5+ years in FMCG sales, trade marketing, or key account management.
• Hands-on experience in brand marketing execution, joint business planning and promotional management.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing plans aligned with global brand strategy.
• Collaborate with HORECA teams to implement the annual business plan.
• Provide promotional and activation support to regional sales and customer teams.
• Support successful execution of new product launches within the channel.
• Foster top-to-top engagement with senior leaders of key accounts.
• Localize brand promotions to resonate with regional markets.
• Evaluate promotions and campaigns to inform future initiatives.
• Partner with trade marketing for innovative solutions and campaigns.
