Job summary

PPS seeks a target-driven holistic financial planner to source, retain and grow a professional client base in the Western Cape. The role emphasizes risk insurance, savings and investments, wills and estate planning, with referrals to in-house specialists.

In this commission-only position from month 13, you'll lead client engagements, present proposals, and build lasting relationships while ensuring FAIS compliance and RE5 retention.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Financial Services direct sales (risk/investments)
• 2 years’ experience in holistic Financial Planning
• FAIS fit and proper, accredited; RE5 within 2 years of DOFA

Responsibilities

• Provide suitable advice to fit professionals' needs
• Present proposals using financial planning tools
• Meet clients to understand financial objectives
• Explain complex Financial Advisory information clearly
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Grow client book in first 24 months and beyond
• Ensure compliance andpractice management standards
• Stay updated on product information and industry changes
• Build a professional network within the professional market
