Job summary

PPS Recruitment in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, seeks an experienced long-term insurance financial advisor to source, retain and grow a professional client base. You will operate as a tied agent, generating your own leads and meeting targets across risk insurance, retirement planning, investments and wills.

The role offers a competitive commission structure (55%–100%), with tools provided (laptop, headset, 3G card) and an Lynnwood-based office.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Relevant commercial/legal/industry-specific NQF level 6 tertiary qualification is preferable.
• FAIS recognised NQF level 7 and above is highly advantageous.
• RE 5 completed is required.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning advantageous.
• CFP advantageous.

• Preparing and presenting proposals to clients using financial planning tools.
