Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in business acquisition.
• 2–3 years’ relationship management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deliver banking solutions to high value clients by understanding client needs.
• Improve client service by delivering relevant products and services.
• Maintain and build a portfolio of high value and complex clients.
• Identify sales and solution opportunities and execute on them.
• Conduct needs analysis across clients and align with Nedbank requirements.
• Respond to tasks in a timely manner and update relevant systems.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with high value clients.
• Deliver banking solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Understand client business, personal and household needs; instill trust in Nedbank.
