The role requires at least 12 months of telesales experience, an NQF Level 6 FAIS-aligned qualification, and proven target achievement. RE5 is beneficial but not mandatory; a clear criminal and credit record is essential.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 6 qualification aligned with the FAIS Fit and Proper framework.
• At least 12 months telesales experience with a stable employment history.
• Proven sales performance and target achievement.
• Insurance or financial services experience is advantageous.
• RE5 is beneficial but not compulsory.
• Clear criminal record and satisfactory credit record with no adverse judgments.
• Relevant qualifications include Banking, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Financial Management, Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and engage customers via telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
