Job summary

Cre8work! is seeking a Blue Collar Recruiter in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar or bulk recruitment, strong communication skills, and specific knowledge of recruitment processes and labour legislation. This role includes managing high-volume recruitment projects and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar or bulk recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for industrial or technical roles is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for blue-collar roles.
• Conduct interviews and match candidates to client requirements.
• Manage high-volume recruitment projects and meet targets.
