Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd in Wayville is seeking a HSE&T Graduate to gain hands-on exposure across systems, compliance, training and continuous improvement for remote projects. Based in our Support Services Office in Wayville, you will travel to project sites and support audits, training coordination and documentation.

Based in our Support Services Office in Wayville, this role will provide hands on exposure to HSE&T systems, compliance requirements, training processes and continuous improvement initiatives, with regular travel to our project sites in remote and regional locations.

Role responsibilities include:

• Assisting with HSE&T administration and reporting activities;
• Supporting the maintenance of HSE&T systems, records and documentation;
• Assisting with training coordination and record management;
• Supporting audits, inspections and compliance activities;
• Travelling to remote project sites to support inspections, audits and on-site training;
• Contributing to safety, environmental and training improvement initiatives; and
• Providing administrative support to the HSE&T team as required.

Candidate requirements include:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Cert IV or higher);
• Current driver's licence and the ability to travel to remote project sites as required;
• Strong computer literacy;
• Strong organisation and documentation skills;
• An outcomes-focused approach, with the drive to follow tasks through to completion;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• A genuine desire to learn, take on new challenges and grow your career within the organisation; and
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to travel to remote locations
