Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of waiters and waitresses to provide exceptional service to our guests On Board Cruise Ship
• Monitor dining room operations and ensure that all guests are receiving timely and efficient service
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining room and other food service areas
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to guest preferences and dietary restrictions
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Continuously strive to improve and enhance the dining experience for our guests.
