Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our onboard culinary team in Cape Town. The role demands high standards of food preparation, menu planning, and leadership in a fast-paced cruise environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, managing inventory, training staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior cruise experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
