Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, a Matric/Diploma in Culinary Skills, and good computer skills. A driver's license and own transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to cater for a 200 seater restaurant.
• Driver's license with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare food.
• Manage stock and maintain hygiene standards.
• Create new menus and maintain existing ones.

Skills

Catering for large groups

Education
