Placements24 in Rustenburg seeks an accomplished Head Professional Golf Coach & Player Development Manager to lead the club’s golf academy. You will oversee coaching programs, mentor junior to professional players, and shape strategy and performance through swing analysis, course management, and mental training.

You will manage a team of coaches, run lessons and camps, track progress, liaise with members and parents, and promote the academy within the club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in professional golf coaching and player development.
• PGA Professional certification or equivalent is mandatory.
• Proven track record of developing golfers to competitive levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive golf coaching programs for all skill levels with a focus on player development and performance.
