Placements24 is seeking a distinguished Head Golf Professional to manage all golf operations at their championship course in Polokwane. This leadership role oversees the pro shop, golf services, tournaments, and delivers outstanding instruction and player development programs.

You will be the face of the golf experience, ensuring members and guests receive exceptional service and engaging golf opportunities.

Qualificações

• PGA or equivalent professional golf certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Head Golf Professional or Assistant Golf Professional role.
• Proven experience in golf instruction, tournament management, and retail operations.
• Strong understanding of golf course etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the daily operations of the golf pro shop, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive golf instruction program for players of all abilities, including lessons, clinics, and junior programs.
• Plan, organize, and execute successful golf tournaments, events, and leagues.
• Oversee the golf service staff, ensuring professional and courteous service delivery.
• Manage relationships with vendors, maintain equipment, and ensure the overall presentation of the golf facilities meets high standards.
