Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute a diverse range of pastries, desserts, cakes, and bread for catering events.
• Lead and train a team of pastry cooks, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Maintain strict standards for food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Manage pastry kitchen inventory, including ordering ingredients, stock levels, and waste reduction.
• Develop and cost new pastry recipes and menu items, ensuring profitability and appeal.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and event coordinators on menu planning and client requests.
• Ensure pastry preparations meet safety and sanitation regulations.
