Qualifications

• Proven pastry chef experience, ideally with high-volume event catering or luxury hotels.
• Strong portfolio of intricate cake designs and decorative pastries.
• Deep understanding of baking, pastry techniques, sugar work, chocolate tempering, and flavor pairing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Creative flair and passion for artistic presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Based in or able to commute reliably to Rustenburg, North West.

Responsibilities
