The role requires a Master’s in SCM and at least 10 years in supply chain, with 5 in senior leadership within FMCG. You will build a high-performance team, drive efficiency, and advance sustainability across the network.

• Proven track record delivering cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics and international trade.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma exposure desirable.
• Willingness to operate in Rustenburg, North West.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the FMCG industry .
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, end-to-end supply chains and delivering significant cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics and international trade.
• Strong experience with supply chain planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
• Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is highly desirable.
