• Establish and maintain the organisation’s operational governance framework.
• Define QA standards and service benchmarks.
• Mitigate operational risk and optimize cross-functional performance.
• Provide executive oversight of QA, governance and service recovery.
• Ensure processes comply with governance policies and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and align policies.
• Establish reporting dashboards for governance and risk.
• Oversee information security and data privacy in operations.
• Monitor performance indicators and quality metrics.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of incidents.
• Ensure consistent policy and governance implementation.
• Lead initiatives to improve governance maturity.
• Integrate QA and governance insights into improvements.
• Promote service excellence and accountability across the organisation.
• Address service failures and restore client confidence.
