Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Director of Quality to lead the global quality strategy across multiple geographies including the UK, South Africa, Europe and India. The role demands deep QA expertise, automation, and financial oversight to drive continuous improvement and superior customer experience.

You will guide cross-regional teams, ensure FCA regulatory compliance, and implement COPC/Lean Six Sigma frameworks while managing budgets and ROI reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a senior quality leadership role, preferably in BFSI.
• Proven experience managing quality across multiple geographies.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and conduct risk.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Expertise in COPC standards and QA methodologies.
• Experience implementing QA technologies and automation.
• Financial budgeting, forecasting and ROI analysis experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global quality strategy aligned with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-regional quality teams to ensure consistent QA framework execution.
• Champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to FCA regulations across geographies.
• Implement COPC and Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive efficiency.
• Drive adoption of QA technologies, analytics, RPA, and AI.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients during MBRs/QBRs.
• Own the quality function’s budget, forecasts and ROI targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a global quality team and ensure data protection compliance.
