Job summary

Flair TM is recruiting an Executive Operations Leader to drive the national strategy for student housing. You will oversee residence operations, front desk services, resident experiences and risk management across multiple sites. A strong leader will set KPIs, conduct site visits and mentor Property Managers.

You will partner with the COO to deliver operational excellence, ensure service quality, and optimise budgets and resources for a large portfolio in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in senior operations roles.
• Experience managing large multi-site property or operational portfolios.
• Hospitality or student accommodation experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national operational strategy for student living portfolio.
• Lead operational performance and standards across residences.
• Drive consistency, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee resident services, front office, security and risk management.
• Lead leadership development, KPIs and site visits.
• Ensure compliant operations with governance, safety and accreditation.
