Qualificações

• 5 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth within media, broadcasting, digital media or related sectors.
• Strong network within advertising agencies, corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Drive advertising, sponsorship and partnership revenue across television, digital, events and branded content offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across Africa.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, agencies and partners.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with editorial, production, marketing and digital teams to create innovative client solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy.
• Negotiate and close high-value commercial agreements.
• Attend executive and management committee meetings and represent the company at external events strategic to the company.
• Ensure adherence to pricing, margin and profitability objectives.
