Qualifikationen

• South African citizenship is required.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• BTech Degree or National Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a comparable luxury hotel role.
• Residence in Cape Town; excellent English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping and Boutique shop to ensure service excellence.
• Manage recruitment, staffing, scheduling, training and performance across Rooms Division.
• Handle VIP guest requirements and ensure professional complaint resolution.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, payroll and expense control.
• Monitor occupancy, room rates and market trends to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, security and service delivery.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
• Provide senior operational leadership and support strategic planning when required.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and luxury hospitality standards.
