Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced finance leader to drive budgeting, forecasting and FP&A across multiple business units. You will develop robust financial models, partner with executive teams to improve profitability and guide strategic investments.

The role requires CA(SA) with at least 5 years in senior finance leadership, and a proven track record in management reporting, stakeholder engagement and leading finance professionals.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is essential.
• 5+ years' experience in a senior finance leadership role within a commercial environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts across multiple business units.
• Drive FP&A activities, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with operational and executive teams to enhance profitability and achieve financial targets.
• Develop robust financial models, business cases, and investment appraisals to support growth initiatives.
• Oversee Capex planning and provide guidance on capital allocation decisions.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting.
• Present financial results, trends, and recommendations to executive leadership, boards, and key stakeholders.
• Work with Technology and Data teams to improve reporting systems and BI capabilities.
• Support strategic projects, business transformation initiatives, and system implementations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
