Job summary

Network Finance seeks a senior finance leader to head the Group FP&A and Commercial Finance functions across a multi-entity environment in Gauteng. You will steer budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic finance initiatives with executive visibility.

You will develop advanced financial models, lead M&A support, drive performance metrics, and build a high-performing finance team, influencing shareholder value and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification essential.
• 8–12 years' progressive finance experience including FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Partnering or Strategic Finance.
• Experience in group or multi-entity environments and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Drive strategic financial planning and support executive decision-making.
• Oversee commercial finance, business partnering, and performance management across the Group.
• Lead complex financial modelling, investment appraisals, and scenario analysis.
• Deliver insightful executive reporting and presentations to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and ROI.
• Implement and enhance performance metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.

• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills with exposure to Power BI, BI reporting tools, or data analytics platforms.
• Exceptional commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive business performance.
