• 5–8 years in a senior engineering management role.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and project management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder and risk management abilities.
• Budgeting, team management and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Respond to enquiries via email, phone, and visits.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with objectives.
• Prepare operational plans, reports and ensure ISO and safety compliance.
• Oversee regional service centres' operations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance within the department.
• Review reports and drive process and technology improvements.
• Lead project implementations and coordinate teams.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and forecast expenses.
• Assess IT infrastructure needs and implement solutions.
• Liaise with customers to confirm technical specifications and resolve issues.
• Ensure policy compliance and risk minimisation.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
