Qualifications

• Experience leading a payroll/commissioning function is desirable.
• Strong understanding of policies, legislation and internal controls.
• Ability to resolve complex queries and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end commission processing and payments.
• Manage commission calculations, reconciliations, adjustments, and exception reporting.
• Resolve complex commission-related queries and stakeholder issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and internal controls.
• Support system enhancements, UAT testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Commissions Administration team.
• Ensure compliance with commission policies, legislation, contractual agreements, and internal procedures.
• Monitor controls relating to commission calculation, approval, and payment processes.
• Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
