Job summary

Kuda is hiring a Head of BI & Analytics to lead the BI Engineering and Analytics teams, scale the semantic layer, and drive product insight across the business. You will champion AI-enabled, self-serve analytics while partnering with Product, CX, Marketing and Data Engineering.

You will shape the BI strategy, implement a robust data governance framework, and forecast revenue and unit economics to inform leadership decisions. Hybrid work in Cape Town, SA.

• Proven experience leading data teams of managers, engineers and analysts.

• Lead BI Engineering, pricing and product analytics teams.
• Own BI strategy and roadmap; implement semantic layer as single source of truth.
• Drive adoption of BI platform and agentic AI across the org.
• Own core reporting, KPI definitions, and governance.
• Support forecasting, financial modelling, and business cases.
