Kuda Technologies Ltd is seeking a Head of BI & Analytics to lead the BI Engineering and Analytics teams. This role will own the BI strategy, expand the semantic layer as the single source of truth, and drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics across product squads and functions.

You will partner with Product, CX, Marketing and Data Engineering to shape roadmaps, forecast business outcomes, and deliver trusted reporting and product insights that influence leadership decisions.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading data teams of managers, engineers and analysts.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop BI Engineering and analytics teams across pricing and product analytics.
• Own BI strategy, semantic layer, and source of truth for core reporting.
• Drive adoption of BI platform and AI across the org with cross-functional teams.
• Define KPIs, OKRs, and governance for data products and reports.
