Job summary

Mukuru is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Analysis Team Lead to guide a team building scalable data models, analytics solutions and reporting tools that unlock reliable insights for the business. You will partner with stakeholders, mentor analysts, own delivery from planning to implementation, and help advance Mukuru’s data warehousing, governance and analytics standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• A quantitative degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in Data Analytics or BI
• 3+ years leading BI/Data/Analytics teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills
• Experience with modern BI tools (Power BI)
• Experience developing semantic models for enterprise reporting
• Familiarity with data warehousing and governance

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BI, Data and Analytics specialists.
• Translate business challenges into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop scalable data models and semantic reporting layers.
• Deliver dashboards and self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Own delivery of BI projects from planning to implementation.
