Job summary

Kuda Technologies Ltd is seeking a Head of BI & Analytics to lead our BI & Analytics function, delivering trusted reporting and product insights across the business. You will guide a BI Engineering team and an Analytics squad embedded in product squads to drive deeper analytics.

You will champion the next-generation BI platform, expand self-serve data and agentic AI use, and set the strategy for AI-enabled analytics while collaborating with Product, CX, Marketing and Data Engineering.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data teams of managers, engineers and analysts.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse development experience.
• Experience designing or scaling semantic or governed metrics layers.
• Forecasting/modeling experience supporting commercial decisions.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop BI & Analytics teams across engineering and product.
• Own BI strategy, semantic layer, and single source of truth for reporting.
• Drive adoption of BI platform and AI across the organization.
• Forecasting, financial modelling and KPI definitions.
• Collaborate with Product, CX, Marketing and Data Engineering to translate business questions into priorities.
• Define and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure data governance, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Lead cross-functional change management and adoption of analytics.
