Rand Mutual Assurance is seeking a Head: Valuations IAH to lead the actuarial function across COID, Life, and IT interfaces. The role focuses on timely, accurate valuations and the development of valuation systems while ensuring data integrity.

You will present actuarial matters to the Board and committees, develop pricing models, and manage capital, solvency, and reinsurance strategies. A strong leadership style and regulatory liaison are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both COID and Life actuarial teams.
• Review monthly valuation data.
• Maintain data integrity of actuarial systems.
• Prepare regulatory returns and ORSA/SAM reporting.
• Provide insights to executives and committees.
