Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Head Coach to lead a Rugby Academy in George, Western Cape. You will shape the development of young athletes, implement training programs, and establish a winning culture based on discipline and sportsmanship.

You will scout, recruit, and mentor players, oversee coaching staff, manage budgets and logistics, and collaborate with schools to track academic progress while pushing for excellence on and off the field.

Qualifications

• Extensive coaching experience at academy/high-performance level.
