Placements24 is seeking an experienced Sports Coach for a prestigious rugby academy in Rustenburg. You will lead and develop the junior rugby program, plan and deliver high-quality training, manage team logistics, and mentor players both on and off the field.

The role demands a deep understanding of rugby strategy, player development pathways, and strong communication and motivational skills to foster a positive training environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Rugby Coach, preferably with youth or academy teams.
• Coaching certifications (World Rugby Level 1 or higher) are highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of rugby rules, tactics, and player development principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Ability to assess player potential and create effective development strategies.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
