This critical leadership role involves shaping the development of aspiring professional rugby players, instilling a winning culture, and implementing advanced training methodologies. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of player development, from technical skills and tactical understanding to physical conditioning and mental fortitude. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the game, exceptional leadership qualities, and a passion for nurturing talent, contributing significantly to the future success of professional rugby in the region and developing athletes who can excel at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive long-term player development program for the academy.
• Lead and mentor coaching staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

• Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., World Rugby Level 3/4 Coaching Certificate).
