You will run daily operations, manage costs and coach a dedicated kitchen team to deliver excellent service. Ideal candidates have senior Sous Chef experience in hotels or restaurants, strong stock and cost control skills, and a practical leadership style.

Qualifications

• Senior Sous Chef at minimum with strong hotel/restaurant kitchen background.
• Experience in breakfast service and hotel dining operations.
• Confident with stock control, costing and kitchen administration.
• Practical leadership style and ability to cook alongside the team.
• Reliable with attention to detail and pride in consistent, high-quality food.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and maintain consistent food quality.
• Plan and prepare meals suited to hotel guests, including breakfast.
• Manage ordering, stock control, portioning, and food costs.
• Supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team.
• Maintain strong food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with hotel management to meet guest needs.
