Qualifications

• Proven Head Chef or senior kitchen management experience.
• Luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience advantageous.

• Creative approach to menus and presentation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Calm and effective under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team and daily operations.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation and service.
• Plan menus and maintain high culinary standards.
• Manage food costing, stock control and wastage.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff.
• Manage rosters, staffing and operational priorities.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional kitchen.
