Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in catering.
• Proven leadership and team management in high‑volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines, menu planning, and food costing.
• Proficiency in HACCP and other food safety standards.
• Strong inventory management and procurement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen brigade ensuring efficient operations and high performance.
