The role is hybrid, enabling strategic planning remotely while providing essential on-site oversight for events and client satisfaction in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years progressive catering operations experience.
• Proven ability to plan menus and manage food costing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP or equivalent food safety standards.

Responsibilities
