Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of catering or events management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, hygiene and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end catering operations for events, from client contact through post-event follow-up.
• Develop and implement efficient event plans, including staffing, logistics and resources.
• Supervise and train catering staff to meet service standards, safety protocols and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with clients to understand needs and expectations.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of event catering, ensuring punctuality and quality.
• Manage inventory of catering equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and maintenance.
• Prepare post-event reports and identify areas for improvement.
