You will oversee menu creation, kitchen management, and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation for a discerning clientele, driving success through culinary artistry and impeccable service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in culinary arts with at least 3 years in a Head Chef or Head Caterer role.
• Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the catering kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, and execution.
• Oversee a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation.
