Qualifications

• ProvenHead Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-volume catering or fine dining.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of cuisines, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in menu costing, inventory management, and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and seasonal menus, considering dietary restrictions and client preferences.
• Manage all kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and maintaining food costs within budget.
