Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking a luxury hospitality bar lead in Hoedspruit. The role is shift-based with evenings, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will oversee beverage service, stock control, waste reduction, and team supervision, ensuring top-tier guest experiences while maintaining compliance and cost controls.

Job description

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent advantageous.
• Luxury hospitality bartending experience preferred.
• Strong beverage, cocktail, wine, and bar service knowledge.
• Mixology training and stock control experience advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional and well-presented appearance.
