Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd seeks an experienced luxury hospitality bartender leader to join our team. This shift-based role requires evenings, weekends and public holidays, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional beverage service and maintaining a well-controlled bar operation.

You will lead a skilled bar team, manage stock and minimise wastage, while ensuring a clean, compliant workspace and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Luxury hospitality bartending experience preferred.
• Strong beverage, cocktail, wine, and bar service knowledge.
• Mixology training and stock control experience advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional and well-presented appearance.
