Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required; a Diploma or Degree in Sales or Marketing is advantageous.
• 2–5 years of proven sales or merchandising experience, ideally in hardware/building/home improvement.
• Experience working with UNIPOS or other inventory management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and recommend the right tools, materials and hardware.
• Accurately calculate material requirements and issue competitive quotations; process orders, manage deliveries and track sales progress.
• Assist with in-store merchandising and keep a neat retail floor; collaborate with Buyer team to ensure high‑demand items are available.
• Stay updated on product specifications to provide expert guidance.
