Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of warehouse performance. You will drive accuracy, productivity and on-time deliveries while building disciplined teams and eliminating inefficiencies.

You will oversee receiving through to dispatch, develop staff, and ensure safety and compliance across the operation. A strong background in ERP/WMS systems and leadership is essential for measurable warehouse improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience in warehouse and supply chain operations.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Experience in power-related industry or technical product environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS platforms such as ZOHO, SAP or Syspro.

Responsibilities

• Own the Warehouse Operation: oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, collections and deliveries.
• Drive Inventory Accuracy: manage stocktakes, reconciliations and variance investigations.
• Lead from the Front: supervise, develop and motivate warehouse employees.
• Optimise Performance: identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver Customer Excellence: ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
• Champion Safety and Compliance: maintain a safe, organised warehouse in line with health and safety standards.
