Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality experience in restaurant/kitchen.
• Experience supervising or managing staff.
• Availability to work 11:00 until closing, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and kitchen operations.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of approximately nine employees.
• Allocate daily duties and ensure clear communication of responsibilities.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters and shift arrangements.
• Motivate the team and maintain a respectful, positive working environment.
• Address day-to-day staff matters and maintain workplace discipline.
• Ensure team delivers friendly, professional customer service and handles questions calmly.
