Ubuntu Resource Management seeks a reliable Junior Bar Manager to oversee a busy Randburg pool bar. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service focus, and solid experience in bar supervision or hospitality management.

You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, handle stock and cash, and ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements while maintaining high standards of service.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in a Bar Supervisor or Junior Bar Manager role.
• Experience in hospitality environments is essential.
• Strong stock control and cash handling knowledge.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Preferably living near Randburg.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pool bar.
• Supervise and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent service.
• Conduct regular stock takes and monitor stock levels.
