Job summary

ATS Client in Centurion is seeking a hands-on .NET Team Lead to guide a small engineering group through end-to-end delivery in the financial services domain. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and take ownership of outcomes while coding when needed.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, deep .NET Core and microservices expertise, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Engineering Team Lead.
• Leadership, mentoring, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers, fostering growth and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and business outcomes.
• Set engineering best practices across .NET Core, microservices, DDD, hexagonal architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, DevOps, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum.
• Conduct performance reviews and support individual development plans.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in processes and tooling.
• Balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
