Job summary

ATS Client in Cape Town is seeking a seasoned Lead Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies, C#, Blazor, and the Azure ecosystem. You will drive architectural decisions, lead the implementation of secure, scalable components, and mentor a team of developers to deliver robust solutions.

You will champion clean code, comprehensive testing, and efficient CI/CD with Azure DevOps, while collaborating with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in modern .NET.
• Proven leadership in enterprise projects.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade apps using C#, .NET Core, and Blazor.
• Develop UI components with Fluent UI or MudBlazor for reusable UI.
• Implement CQRS patterns with MediatR and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and product managers; mentor juniors.
• Contribute to CI/CD via Azure DevOps.
