Job summary

ATS Client in Cape Town seeks a Lead Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core, and Angular. You will implement modular UI components, back-end services, and Azure-based authentication and storage with a focus on secure, scalable architectures.

Role requires strong leadership, 10+ years in software, 5+ years with modern .NET, and experience delivering in Agile environments. Hybrid Cape Town office support offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in modern .NET technologies.
• Strong C# and .NET Core expertise.
• Solid Angular experience.
• Proficient in modular, reusable UI components (Fluent UI or Angular).
• EF Core with LINQ and migrations.
• Hands-on Azure (B2C, Blob Storage) and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with MediatR and CQRS.
• Secure coding practices, logging, error handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade apps using C#, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Develop modular UI components and reusable front-end code.
• Create back-end services with ASP.NET Core and clean architecture.
• Integrate Azure B2C auth and Azure Blob Storage for file handling.
• Implement EF Core data persistence, LINQ, and migrations.
• Build CQRS pipelines with MediatR; implement auditing and security.
• Contribute to CI/CD with Azure DevOps; mentor junior developers.
