Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5-7 years professional design experience.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer-focused environment advantageous.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, branding and print production.
• Experience with packaging and digital/social content.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers.
• Highly organized, creative and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Remain hands-on with design while owning output across projects.
• Lead creative campaigns across print and digital.
• Oversee packaging and point-of-sale materials.
• Guide social media and digital content initiatives.
• Prepare brand presentations and pitch decks.
• Oversee artwork production and ensure quality.
• Mentor designers and manage workloads and deadlines.
• Review work before final delivery to align with brand strategy.
