About the Role

Our client, a premier fitness facility in Nelspruit , is looking for an experienced and energetic Gym Operations Manager . This role is responsible for the overall smooth and efficient operation of the gym, ensuring a high-quality experience for all members. You will oversee staff management, member services, facility maintenance, and sales operations, driving membership growth and retention. This leadership position plays a key role in maintaining the facility's reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction within Mpumalanga .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily gym operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the gym team, including front desk staff, trainers, and maintenance personnel.
